Putting It Together
✓ CompletedThis lesson is one new request from Grace, from her first message to the Done Check. There's nothing new to learn. You'll use what you practised in Lessons 1 to 5, in the order real work happens.
| Stage | The question | Where you practised it |
|---|---|---|
| READ | What exactly is being asked? | Lessons 1 and 2 |
| DECIDE | Can I go ahead? | Lesson 3 |
| DO | In what order, following which process? | Lesson 4 |
| CHECK | Does my result match the request? | Lesson 5 |
You won't be asked to remember these names. They're a map of what you've been doing all along.
READ, DECIDE, DO, CHECK: basahin, pagpasyahan, gawin, suriin. Iyan ang ginagawa mo sa bawat bagong trabaho.
Your Task Card
On Monday, Grace emails you:
Holiday pre-orders
to ana@harborhill.co · Monday
Hi Ana! Holiday pre-orders are open. Please make a pre-order sheet for every stockist marked Active on the Stockist Tracker, using the Pre-order Template. Each sheet should list this year's holiday items with their wholesale price and an empty Quantity column, so the shops can fill it in. Leave out anything discontinued. Put each sheet in the shop's folder in Buyers and share it with them the usual way. I'm emailing all the stockists on Wednesday at 9 AM my time, so they need to be ready by then. Thanks!
Read it to the end, then fill in your Task Card. You haven't opened the files yet. Short notes are fine, in English or Taglish. Your answers are saved in this browser.

Your Calls
On Tuesday, before you've heard back from Grace, this email arrives:

Hi Ana! Could you add 20 Snow Mugs to our sheet at last year's price ($12)? Grace said that would be fine when we met at the fair.
Make a call on each one.

Here are the steps for Driftwood & Co.'s sheet, from the first step to the tick on the tracker. Tap them in the order you'd do them. When all seven are placed, check your order.
Will It Fit?
It's Monday, 3 PM your time. Four sheets at about 20 minutes each. Grace's answers may come overnight. The deadline is the end of your Wednesday.
Does the Checklist Fit?
The Clay Room. Checklist step 4 says to share the sheet with the contact on the tracker. There isn't one: Nina Ross left in September.

What You Did on Your Own
In this lesson you found Pine Candle's price yourself, worked out the deadline, left out Juniper Lane and the discontinued plate, and got all four sheets moving while waiting only on the answers you actually needed. You asked Grace two things only she could answer, and passed her the one request that wasn't yours to grant. That's what working on your own means here: figure out what you reasonably can, keep the work moving, and ask when the instruction really doesn't let you go ahead safely.
When something does need to go to Grace, the wording is in Communication & Professionalism: the clarifying-question pattern for your questions, the escalation guidance for Paper Moon's request, and the completion guidance for telling her the sheets are ready.
- Read the whole request and write your Task Card before you open the files.
- Sort what's missing before you ask, and ask early.
- Make the call for the whole job and for each part.
- Check against the Task Card before you say it's done.
